Tricia Clark, Wally Suttle and Drema Foster elected to firm leadership
Charleston, WV – May 2021 – Suttle & Stalnaker, PLLC, a public accounting firm with offices in Charleston, Morgantown and Parkersburg, is pleased to announce the appointment of Patricia Clark as the new Managing Partner-Elect, Wallace Suttle, II as Chief Financial Officer and Drema Foster as Chief Operating Officer.
Patricia “Tricia” Clark is a Tax Member in the Charleston office of Suttle & Stalnaker with over 30 years of experience serving clients. Her industry specialties include natural resources, professional service businesses, and large family or commonly controlled businesses. Tricia joined the firm in 2008 and was named one of WV Executive Magazine’s 2017 Sharp Shooters. She holds leadership positions with the West Virginia Land Stewardship Corporation, West Virginia Land and Minerals Association, the Clay Center for the Arts and Sciences and Christ Church United Methodist. She is a past chair of the YMCA of the Kanawha Valley and has been involved in many other community organizations.
Tricia will be the first female Managing Partner at S&S. Her term will begin on January 1, 2022, at the conclusion of current Managing Partner Robert (Bob) Newton’s term.
Wallace “Wally” Suttle, II is a Member and former Director of the firm’s Tax Department. Wally has over twenty-seven years’ experience in providing tax accounting and auditing services to not-for-profit entities and for profit entities, with an emphasis on the energy, construction and physician practice sectors of the firm. A second-generation member of the firm, Wally remains active in the community, serving on committees for Elk Valley Christian School, the WV Alzheimer’s Association and the Mountaineer Athletic Club.
Drema Foster is the Chief Operating Officer and Human Resources Director for Suttle & Stalnaker, PLLC. Drema has been with S&S for 8 years and has over 20 years’ experience in the Human Resources field. She holds the Public Accounting Firm Manager (PAFM) designation through the CPA Firm Management Association and serves on the Allinial Global Human Resources Committee. Drema is the former President-elect of the Charleston Chapter of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) Board of Directors and a member of Leadership West Virginia’s Class of 2019.
