Elaine Dougherty is a tax member with Suttle & Stalnaker, PLLC. In this role Elaine is responsible for supervising and reviewing tax returns as well as providing consultation and planning for individual and business taxes. Elaine specializes in tax preparation and trust and estate planning.

As a cum laude graduate of West Virginia University, Elaine received a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration with a major in accounting.
