Miri completed extensive training and testing administered by the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA). A valuation analyst is a professional who determines how much a business is worth. A certified valuation analyst prepares business appraisals and consults business owners who are interested in learning the true value of their businesses. These services can be important as businesses are bought and sold (in whole or in part), for partner buy-ins and buy-outs, for mergers, for divorce and other litigation, and for determining estate and gift taxes. Miri joins the other firm’s two other CVA’s, Robert Newton and Saundra Uy.
