Patricia “Tricia” D. Clark is the Managing Member at Suttle & Stalnaker, PLLC and a Member of the Tax Department. Tricia is responsible for managing client relationships that include financial statement reporting, tax compliance and planning, as well as other dynamic business lifecycle opportunities. She works closely with her clients to help them meet their goals. Her industry specialties include natural resources, healthcare and other professional services, and large family or commonly controlled businesses.

Tricia Clark received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in accounting in 1988, and a Masters of Professional Accountancy in 1989 from West Virginia University. She has been a CPA since 1992.

Tricia is active in the following professional organizations: American Institute of Certified Public Accountants; West Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants; and West Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants, Charleston Chapter.

Tricia is also an active community volunteer in the following organizations: Clay Center for the Arts & Sciences of West Virginia, Board member; Mining Mutual Insurance Company of West Virginia, Board member and Chair of Audit committee; Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Board member and Executive Committee; 100 Plus Who Care - Morgantown, Member; Young Men’s Christian Association, Past Board Chair; West Virginia Land & Mineral Association, Past Treasurer; and West Virginia Land Stewardship, Former Board member (appointed by Governor Justice). She was also named to the Forbes Magazine’s Best-In-State CPAs in 2025 and 2026.
