Drema Foster is the Chief Operating Officer and Human Resources Director for Suttle & Stalnaker, PLLC. Drema has been with the firm for 14 years and has over 25 years’ experience in the Human Resources field. Drema provides human resource related consulting services to our clients and handles the internal HR/ Administration functions for the firm.

Drema is very involved in the local HR community, previously serving as the President Elect on the Charleston Chapter of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) Board of Directors. Drema is currently serving on the Board of Directors for the Counseling Connection with roles as Secretary of the Executive Committee and member of the Governance Committee. She holds the Public Accounting Firm Manager (PAFM) designation through the CPA Firm Management Association and serves on the Allinial Global Human Resources Committee. Drema is also a member of the 2019 Class of Leadership West Virginia.

Drema has a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Business Administration, a master’s degree in HR/Employee Relations and a master’s degree in Health Care Administration.
